Unsere geräumige und ruhige Unterkunft im 1.OG verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett & 2 Einzelbetten sowie Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ), ein großes Wohnzimmer, separate Küche sowie zwei Badezimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Die S-Bahnstation Gauting ist 15min fußläufig entfernt, die nächste U-Bahnstation ist „Fürstenried-West“ und ca. 8min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, den Starnberger See in nur 15min.

Lina

Lina is a friendly south-east apartment on the 1st floor of our house and has 90sqm, 2 bedrooms, guestclo, bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to its own balcony section overlooking the meandering stream Illach. The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021.
