The building was newly constructed in 2018, and the apartment was newly and luxuriously furnished in July 2025. The apartment is located directly above the Steingasse pedestrian zone. ☕️ Take the elevator! Breakfast and snacks are available daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. On the ground floor is the flagship branch of the extremely popular Wolf Bakery.
