The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

The house located in the municipality of Plaisance-du-Touch will welcome you on a plot of 800 m2 with parking. Quick access to the ring road will allow you to easily get to Toulouse but also to Airbus or the airport in just 15 minutes. The "La Ramée" leisure center and its golf course are a 5-minute drive away, as are the Teoula golf course and the zoo. Living next door we can answer any questions you may have and will do our best to make your stay a very good memory.

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.

The Studio of the Inn

Discover Le Studio de l'Auberge, a completely renovated cocoon with independent entrance, located in the heart of our family home dating from 1745. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
