A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

A thousand and one nights in Avegno, duplex house Mulino 1

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are plenty of spaces to read or eat, a gorgeous terrace with chaise longue, a patio with table and chairs, and a small garden with armchairs.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.
