Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Avon-by-the-Sea

Really nice apartment just as the pictures. Spacious and very clean and some nice touches with kitchen provisions, lots of towels and bathroom supplies that are hotel standard. We wanted somewhere away from the city but still with easy access to Manhattan and Jersey both by public transport and car. The area is residential and on the whole pretty quiet apart from some occasional ships passing by in the port. The apartment is above a neighbour resident but they were away during our stay. It felt safe and only a short pleasant walk to the NJT Light Rail at 8th street around half a mile. From there just switch to the PATH train at Exchange Place or Hoboken. Super easy and around an hour into Manhattan. The area around Exchange Place is top for Skyline views day and night. We rented a car for a couple of days and there is off road parking. It’s well located to travel around and close to Newark Airport. Great communication from Mary before and throughout. Recommended!

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Location was perfect for us. Great bakery directly across the street. Sarah checked on us the first morning and that was appreciated!

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

While we only stayed one night, we liked this apartment very much. Its newly updated and clean. The furniture, and especially the beds were new and comfortable. (The shower was great!!) We were very well rested in the moring before embarking on our trip into Manhattan.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

this is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard the indoor authentic fireplace had so much charm Alex is a great communicator and host I looking forward to coming back to Princeton to stay by Alex everything in the house is perfect and feels Just Like Home I absolutely recommend it

Juliann’s place was great! The Jersey shore has been our family vaca spot for generations and this was a great place to stay. It wasn’t directly in the hustle & bustle of busy seaside but was still within walking distance of the night life and fun activities. Super close to lavallette and the shops in that area that I frequented as a child. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you needed. She was also very responsive and so so kind. Would highly recommend her house :) Also, someone left behind a little shark stuffed animal that my son fell in love with. I thought it was apart of the house so I told him to leave it behind. He left a note next to the shark and Juliann said she’d leave it out for the next family that stays. Hopefully they keep the tradition going so every little kid can enjoy little sharky! Haha

This place is so lovely and cute! It is so close to the boardwalk, making it very convenient and walkable. The beaches are beautiful! Joseph and Linda and Catherine were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this adorable little place!

The stay was great. The home had everything that was needed. Extra sheets, pillows, blankets and plenty of towels. It was so nice to sit on the porch on sunnier days (stayed in March, i knew it would be chilly). We walked to the boardwalk to catch the sun rise and visited the bay for sunsets. The house was clean and tidy when I arrived. The keurig broke on day 2 but the hosts very quickly brought a new one over. The hosts answered every question very quickly and provided all information needed. Washer and dryer were absolutely an added bonus for a two week stay. Appreciate the flexibility of the hosts and I'm looking forward to booking with them again! I would definitely recommend to friends or family members.

Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Everything in the house was labeled which I love! I wish every rental did this. Three bedrooms were spacious and the fourth is perfect for a single person or child. Very nice amenities (Keurig pods, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing supplies) which is so incredibly helpful. Very convenient location to grocery stores, Costco, etc as well as downtown Somerville. It's a narrow driveway so recommend backing into a spot for easy departure onto Main St. which can be busy. extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

Place was impeccably clean, and just a block from the ocean. So just about perfect. Looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We had small issue with WiFi after checking in, and a little trouble getting response from John, but all was resolved early the next morning. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again if we are in the area. I highly recommend.

Such a cute place to stay in! As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and cozy! I had an issue with the hot water and within minutes , James took care of it. I loved my experience and would love to stay there again ! Thank you so much !!!
