Monthly Rentals in Avondale Estates

We had to find a place quickly after our house burnt down in an electrical fire. After such a traumatic event we felt right at home at John’s place. It was easy to find in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Plenty of parking and right off of 285. The host was always easy to communicate with and even let us extend our stay until we found a temporary home for the next 12 months. If we ever have family coming in town to visit we will definitely recommend them to stay here if we don’t have the room. Thank you so much for everything! 10 out of 10

The perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit. We would love to stay here again.

What a great place!! Very clean, nice decor- especially the bike wallpaper! The neighborhood was very quiet, easy to sleep. The kitchen had everything that you needed and coffee/cream!! We will definitely be back and our daughter will recommend this to other family and friends when they visit. You can't beat the price either! Andy left good instructions and was welcoming. My husband and I had a great visit at Vance and Nilza's place. We were greeted with a Happy Birthday note and some mini cupcakes; such a sweet surprise! Although you must go into the driveway of the host- with close to 15 steps to walk up, the home is facing the open backyard- so you feel secluded. It was nice that the home had some extras in it for guests to use as desired. The sounds of the birds chirping and flying all around made us feel like we were in a bird sanctuary- so relaxing! We did have a few issues that came up-but Vance always responded within 15 minutes or less and took care of what we needed. We did have a go at the hot tub, with the hosts heating it up the first time (which felt wonderful)!. Two days later to save money, we were given wood and instructions how to prepare the hot tub a second time. It was easy to do- but make sure that you plan ahead! Thanks again Vance and Nilza for sharing this cute place of yours!
