Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.

If you want to spend a peaceful time, this place is for you. Easily accessible from the La Rochelle ring road, it is located just a 10-minute drive from the beaches, and close to bus line 19 that will take you to the center of La Rochelle. Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
