Charming house in the historic center, 8 minutes from the market and 15 minutes from the train station. Ideal for couples. Very neat decoration, design, vintage and ethnic. On the ground floor, large entrance. Staircase leading to the upper floor, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet. On the half floor above, a very charming office and attic bedroom. I describe my main residence to you, which I entrust to you by leaving all my objects, paintings, photos, books, with confidence. Just 2 steps from my home, Parc de la Porte Royale.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle.
