This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Im schicken Cottage mit Sauna und Whirlpool bist du zu Gast und genießt hohen Komfort. Die Lage ist grandios – nur wenige Schritte und du spürst den herrlichen weißen Sandstrand unter deinen Füßen. Im Winter ziehe ich allerdings auch Schuhe vor.

The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. 100m from the beach (in the house sea view) the apartment is ideal for a beach holiday. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather permitting 1.6.-30.09.). We hope you can spend many beautiful hours in it! But you can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34sqm) in the Villa Glückspilz for 2 persons directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping mile. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that the Schwedenstraße will be modernized in the first half of 2025. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
