Newly renovated and directly on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade in Sellin. The apartment has two rooms that are separated by the hallway, bathroom and toilet are ideally in between. The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. The property has a 55” QLED smart TV, a dining area and a conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Washing machine, dryer and iron available in the house. Fast Wi-Fi.

Our apartment (Haus Hafenkompass) is in a quiet location and offers a good level of comfort. The floors and bathrooms were renovated in 2025, so that everything is now very easy to maintain. The ground floor apartment has a terrace with a small garden that offers children and possibly a well-behaved dog spout. about 100 m away is a new playground, also two quaint fish restaurants nearby are very popular with our guests. The bedroom is equipped with an outside blind.
