We offer optimal comfort for 6 guests and 2 toddlers on 122 m². Old brick on the outside and carefully restored clay timber on the inside characterise the house (semi-detached house). We have combined historic charm with modern living comfort. For comfort, there is a sauna and large bathtub in the bedroom. In the living room you will find a dining area, a spacious seating area and a home cinema system as well as a piano. The veranda is in front of the kitchen, and there is a dining area with a barbecue in the garden.

My house is quiet and interesting directly on the dune forest. The beach is about 5 minutes walk through the forest. The house was built in 2002. A car parking space is directly at the house. We rent 2 apartments. Apartment Möwe is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with seating. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for cooking on holiday, only you have to shop yourself :)

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
