This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! The fantastic and modernly furnished apartment "Lieblingsplatz am Meer" in Haus Besch is located on the Mönchgut peninsula on Rügen in Alt Reddevitz. It has direct water views of the Hagensche Wiek all the way to Gager. Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing dip in the Bodden (only 30m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Im Winter ziehe ich allerdings auch Schuhe vor.
