Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

Nestled in a small swiss village 15 mins drive by car from Lucerne and Mount Rigi, this self-contained apartment connected to our family house is a perfect place to base yourself when exploring Central Switzerland. As well as the bedroom, dining area, fully functioning kitchen and walk-in shower, you also have your own outdoor lounge area, ultra-fast fiber internet, TV box, Nespresso machine .....and if you like fresh eggs for breakfast from one of our 8 hens!

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Easy access to Zug,Luzern, Zurich.Our flatlet is great for adventurers exploring CH, business travellers or people needing a longer term let while in transition to/from Zug.

We offer a small but lovingly furnished accommodation for families with max. 2 adults and 2 children or a couple. One double bedroom and a bunk bed, a private toilet/shower and a small tea kitchen with accessories. Located in central Switzerland on a farm with unique views. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible by car. There is no public transport connection.

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Modern 2.5 room duplex apartment

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage.
