It is one of three accommodations located on the property. The land is family-owned without any kind of boundary or division, in the style of an attached or guest house. But the entrance to the parking lot and the apartment are independent.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Bacalar, just two streets from the lagoon. The apartment is completely remodeled and ready to be used, all the finishes were cared for and designed to create a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 guests, it has two rooms each equipped with a queen size bed, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY!

This apartment is on the second floor and has a kitchen, refrigerator, dining room and 1 bedroom with bathroom. This apartment is for a maximum of 4 guests. The common areas are: the pool, the palapa, the garden and the viewpoint on the third floor.

Studio apartment has a bedroom, with Smart TV we include Netflix, it has a bathroom with hot and cold water service. All the comfort you'd find at home. We provide a water jug available according to guest use. For long stays, there are places to fill it near the house. Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes' drive from downtown Bacalar. The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
