Spectacular waterfront house with incredible view!

The casita is perfect for couples and families looking to be very much in touch with nature; relax in a hamaca, go paddle boarding, have beautiful sunset dinner in the garden, look at the stars in your bedroom terrace. It is a great place to just “be”, no need to leave the property as it is fully equipped , but in case you want to try the flavor of magic bacalar town it is only a 15 minute drive through beautiful jungle road, it’s a bit bumpy, so drive slowly with windows open and enjoy the ride

Al hospedarte en Casa Ripol podrás tener una ubicación privilegiada, caminando unos metros podrás llegar a la terminal de autobuses, restaurantes, farmacias, super y Oxxo. La plaza comercial esta a tan sólo 1.5 km. Además, se encuentra en una calle amplia y segura, muy iluminada y con fácil acceso a avenidas de conexión. Pero espera, eso no es todo! LAKEFRONT wrap around patio! Lakefront view is amazing. The traditional-roofed Palapa unit with a large wrap around patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. Two thatched windows draw in the breeze. Access to the king-size bed in the loft is by narrow spiral stairs. Down stairs is a trundle bed . The bathroom is also downstairs. . Please understand the Palapa roof is made of natural fibers and CANNOT be air conditioned but plenty of fans! Lakefront. 30 megas of internet.

It has a balcony facing the lagoon with views through the garden with a jacuzzi. Shared kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and wireless internet. This space is on a first floor. Te bathroom is downstairs. This house share the garden and the pier with 3 other houses. See Lucia´s, Nieve´s and Bego´s. Has private parking inside the property. Hammock and columpios in the water. You will love it.
