The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

By e-bike, you can reach Paderborn in 45 minutes or excursion venues in Haxtergrund in 30 minutes. You can go for miles or walk through the fields. Four golf courses are close by. The south balcony offers great views and the bedroom is pleasantly cool in the summer.
