The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbours and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. Our treehouse near the forest on park-like property offers everything your heart desires. We have set up a comfortable, heatable, queen-size airbed (203x152 cm) and will provide you with bed linen. You have access to an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and swivel grill on an open fire, sink and gas stove. There is light, electricity, and wifi. Sleeping in our tree house is like sleeping under the open sky, except that you don't get wet :-)

We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm gorge directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats and a dog share the grounds. The old manor house was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For more than 10 years we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.
