Up to three dogs are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the time out together. A high chair and baby crib are provided for our little guests. Culinary delights can be found in the local ice cream parlor and in the restaurant, which are very easy to reach. Explore the natural beauty of Lake Affoldern or enjoy a refreshing break at the nearby swimming area on the river. Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The house on the outskirts invites you to a quiet and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Edersee cycling path. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Edersee, Diemelsee and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also much to discover in Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg are about 35 minutes away.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Centrally located in the beautiful Edertal in the Kellerwald National Park. Only 5 minutes' drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or take advantage of the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bicycle can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit.

In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop and a connection to the A49 highway. Our vacation home is located in a quiet area, but still close to various leisure activities, such as hiking and biking trails, lakes and cultural attractions.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Kleine Waldvilla Kassel

The small forest villa is in the heart of Kassel the Habichtswald. With its unique secluded location, the small two-toor house from 1900 has its very special flair. Whether in summer or winter, the cozy house with a plot size of 4000 sqm offers a wonderful way to relax in the middle of the forest. Despite the green location, the house is centrally located, public transport is an 8-minute walk away.

Cottage on farm

Small cottage on one level in the garden of our farm. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, etc. In the living-bedroom there is a couch, a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, we have here a bed (160 × 200).
