Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. Beautiful bright and spacious apartment located on the Harz. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (180 × 200 and 180 × 200), a living area, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and guest toilet. A nice large balcony gives the apartment a special charm and an area for barbecuing is also provided. The apartment is approx. 1 km from the city center and Seesen train station, where all shopping is available. Excursion destinations such as the Harz Mountains are in approx. 30-45 minutes by car.

We are a friendly family and rent our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! The local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz Mountains!

Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
