In summer, you can set off on leisurely hikes right from your doorstep. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all the cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, you can expect ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and beautiful winter hiking trails amidst the snow-covered natural landscape.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light), there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
