The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

From the private garden you can see the castle and its park.

The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake Unterfranken (about 17 ha) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. KfW standard until 2017 and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
