The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen are unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and the jacuzzi are available seasonally from Jan–Oct. The sauna can be used all year round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor area. Pool (May - September), terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt in a very quiet garden approx. 15 minutes from the city center, this small and very cozy oasis is located. Excellent transport connection, tram stop 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and recover from everyday stress.
