I had a very pleasant stay at Wendelin's place. He was a very nice host with whom communication was super straightforward. The room was as pictured, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary and the area was pleasantly quiet with green surroundings. Next time I'm in Freiburg, I'll be happy to come back.

We booked the hotel for a night. We felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We will come back when we are in the area! Just great!

It was a very nice Hotel in the middle of Black Forest! I suggest it for everyone who wants to experience the pure nature of Black Forest! In 3 sides you have lots of attractions (a waterfall, a very nice lake and a zoo) after a long day of hike you can come back there and take a warm shower and drink a beer. The Breakfast is really good, and the hosts are super friendly.

Great Hotel and Hospitality, we arrived very late at night and Alexander still welcomed us and we were able to check in.

Klaus is a very nice and above all helpful host. The location is great! It took us about 10 minutes to get to Europa-Park on foot and with strollers. The rooms are perfectly fine to stay overnight. Breakfast is recommended and very lovingly prepared. In addition, Klaus is always available and open to any help, which we liked very much. We would definitely not be averse to another visit here.

Our triple room was spacious, bright and clean, with a nice large TV. The bathroom looked clean and tidy and the towels were also placed on the beds and were candid, clean and folded well. We also found a soap/shower/shampoo in the bathroom, but there was no hairdryer. The shared kitchen is really nice, large and equipped with all the comforts. Non-damaged sponges and good-branded detergents. There are even 2 induction hobs, the oven, the kettle, and the dishwasher including everyone's slide detergents. No refrigerator, no microwave. The common living room is colorful, clean and tidy. Inside the kitchen , in addition to some dishes, there is also television , a sofa table with beautiful colorful book chairs (both for adults and children) and two coin vending machines for any hot, cold or snack drinks. Curated and organized structure. There is no elevator but the point is good

Goga was very flexible as we arrived later than expected in the apartment. The accommodation is very clean and close to Europa-Park.

Beautiful all-round package with great hiking routes located directly around the guesthouse. David is a very warm host who takes care of his guests. A great extra is the indoor pool and sauna, which we enjoyed with a lot of joy. The pool and Sauana have stayed a little in the 70s style, which has a great charm, especially since everything still works smoothly. In a large dining area you can easily prepare breakfast or dinner with the adjoining kitchen, where everything is available. The large TV in the living room leaves nothing to be desired as a smart TV. Thank you for the great stay!

Very good stay. Clean, well-equipped, well-located room (near Colmar, Eguisheim, Freribourg-en-Brisgau) and as described (air conditioning and quality bedding allowed us to spend pleasant nights during the heatwave). The pool area is quiet and well kept. We recommend it!

On Brigitte's balcony, the birds sing. We slept like princesses , pampered by Brigitte's attentions. The landscape is magical, the fir trees were wrapped in snow, and our eyes were sparkling with fun. The place is peaceful and the calm is refreshing. Brigitte is there for any information and advice. I was completely happy with my stay with Manuel! Everything went absolutely smoothly at check-in. The location is perfect – right in the city center, yet quiet and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. Manuel and his brother are super warm, helpful and took great care of everything. I felt very welcome and can fully recommend the place!

We had a wonderful stay; the concierge was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was small but clean, quiet, and perfect for a weekend getaway.

The hotel is ~10 minute walk from the closest bus stop and is easy to find. The location is perfect and inviting to wander around. It takes about 1 hour to get there by bus from Freiburg (although mind the bus schedule: the last bus leaves at something like 5 PM!), and just under 2 hours to get from there to Basel. You need about 50 minutes to get to the Feldberg 250 m away from its summit, and there's a waterfall within walking distance from the hotel. The view from the balcony is great, and the rooms are spacious, clean and warm. The renovation work is not disturbing. Our hosts were super nice, I wish them success at renovating the place. Looking forward to visiting it again when this is finished. It's definitely worth the money! However, bring your food, as the restaurant is still being renovated, and there are not many places to eat at, especially at evening.

Hotel Pfaff and Oliver were a great host. Oliver personally helped bring in my luggage and educated me on the local attractions. The restaraunt served amazing food with a great view. The staff were very friendly and accomidating as well. I would definately come back! It was a great experience.
