In den meisten Zimmern liegt 60 Jahre alter, revitalisierter Parkett; so auch im Badezimmer. Die großzügige Wohnung kann auch von zwei Pärchen (bzw. einer Gruppe) gebucht werden, da es eine zweite Toilette gibt und das Bad zwei Eingänge hat und versperrbar ist. Auf die Parkettböden im Bad bitte aufpassen! :=)

Zur Stadtmitte von Salzburg sind es ca. 15 km, zum Airport Salzburg 8 km, nach Berchtesgaden 18 km, nach Bad Reichenhall 3 km.
