On the historic estate of the Schwarzenhasel moated castle, the Wildhüterhaus has created a stylish and very cozy vacation home. On the outskirts of Schwarzenhasel, surrounded by beautiful fields, meadows and forest, we welcome our guests in the unique surroundings of the centuries-old moated castle. Whether hiking, biking, paddling or swimming in the nearby solar outdoor pool, there is room here for the perfect vacation with family or friends - or for small family gatherings.

Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

Vacation home in Eisenach

A relaxing vacation awaits you in a uniquely located and cozy vacation home in Eisenach at the foot of Wartburg. The accommodation offers you a quiet place to relax with stunning views of the valley. Due to the ideal location, it is the starting point for all tourist and cultural highlights in Eisenach (Wartburg, Lutherhaus, Bachhaus, etc.). The hiking trails to the Dragon Gorge and Rennsteig are right outside the front door. There are two parking spaces available.

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and space for two people. The cozy cottage is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, directly on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Due to its location, it offers an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest pool with volleyball, mini golf and tennis courts are about 200 meters away.

Liebe potenzielle Gäste: Ob auf der Durchreise, für eine kleine Auszeit oder aber für länger - unsere Wohnung ist schnell erreichbar und ein guter Ort, um abends zu entspannen - z.B. auf dem Balkon mit Weitblick. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem, sodass man gut in zwei Räumen schlafen kann. Im Ort gibt es ein schönes Freibad und gute Gastronomie - drumherum viel Wald. Unser Café hat wochentags ab 6 bzw. am Wochenende ab 7 Uhr Frühstück.

Sights such as the Dachenschlucht are minutes away.

We feel extremely comfortable there, and have thus created a place where even more than four people can comfortably experience the magic of our forest and its tranquility.
