Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. Our property is located in the heart of Upper Swabia and close to Lake Constance. The country house apartment is very spacious with 110 square meters, rural, ideal for hiking and excursions. It is ideal for families with children, but also for couples, solo adventurers, nature lovers, hikers, lovers of the countryside and the idyllic.... Within a few hundred meters on foot you can reach the Booser-Musbacher Ried and fully enjoy nature.

The apartment is fully equipped. A closed garage plus parking space in front are also at your disposal free of charge. The house is quietly located and there are no cars along the house. Studio in the old Mälze

Charming 35 m² studio in the attic of the Alte Mälze – the Tennenmälzerei from 1900. Stylishly furnished, it combines historic charm with modern, colourful furnishings and is located in the heart of Bad Saulgau. You can have breakfast all day in the cosy café "Das Dreikönig" in the front half-timbered house. The Malz-Gewölbe-Keller was converted into the "Jazzkeller" in 1979 and has since been a stage for jazz, cabaret and theatre.
