The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

I rent a well-maintained room in my house in a quiet residential area in Geislingen an der Steige. The room is located in the basement apartment, has its own outside access, two windows and its own bathroom. A kettle, microwave and fridge are available – ideal for commuters, professionals or weekenders who do not need a kitchen. Important: No cuisine available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets not allowed.
