On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a flat-screen TV, shower/bath (incl. aids for the mobility impaired) with washing machine, open cooking/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and terrace. A designer wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a sofa bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi and free parking.

The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
