The lake is very close by. Two stand-up paddleboards are available. Two large terraces. Outdoor fireplace. Lovely, cozy tiled stove. Great zip line. Garden. A paradise for young and old alike. Sauna, well equipped gym. Modern gas grill with gas provided. Big TV, Nintendo Wii and an awesome sound system are available.

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich.
