All 3 rooms and ground floor living space are equipped with modern Wi-Fi air conditioning, with air conditioning and heating function & car parking space

Villa Musica was once home to Beethoven family members. Close to the Baden city center which is reachable within 5-7 min walking. The place offers a calm atmosphere and enough space for couples, families, and groups of people up to 4 (with extra beds 6!) persons. The apartment is cleaned up before your arrival. FRESH bed linens and towels are prepared in advance. Terrace with a beautiful view. Free WiFi. Extra beds can be provided upon request. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED and will cause penalties!

The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Dabei wurde großer Wert auf die Beibehaltung historischer Elemente wie Kastenfenster, Kassettentüren, Laubengänge u.s.w. gelegt. Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft übernachtest.

We rent our non-smoking apartment for days or weeks. It is about 60 m² and sleeps 2 people. The apartment is fully furnished, satellite TV, iron and coffee machine, .... Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed unfortunately.
