This brand new apartment is located in the vibrant 5th district of Vienna. It's stylish and spacious with 160 m2 surface plus a patio of 20 m2 and a separate small inner yard (12 m2), both exclusive for use by the guests at the apartment. U4 Pilgramgasse subway station is just a few min. walk. Bus 59a stops 50 meters from the building and takes you directly to the historical city center and the Opera. Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Straße as well as main sightseeing are within walking distance.

With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch.

This cozy old apartment is located in the historic city center near the train station. Cheap parking is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment offers all the essential facilities and impresses with its quiet location with a large balcony in the green courtyard. Perfect spot for longer stays for education, health, etc., but also for excursions to skiing and other leisure activities in the beautiful surroundings.

Very nice quiet and spacious apartment in the courtyard/garden of a Gründerzeit house. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The living room with a queen size bed is like all other rooms with windows in the quiet garden. The center with its beautiful pedestrian zone is a 5-minute walk away. The train station and the bus station at Josefsplatz are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
