Beautiful little duplex tastefully renovated and natural materials. 16th century structure. South-facing terrace overlooking the cathedral. Historic area. Numerous nearby restaurants, bars, services, museums, cultural places and shops. And even a gym a few minutes away! Quiet room on the courtyard side. Be careful, the stairs are a little steep and without guardrails. Great for a couple or professional on the go . The second bed is a futon mattress (sofa style during the day).

Beautiful quiet apartment located in the Krutenau district on the 4th floor with elevator, but beware there is a staircase of 9 steps to reach the elevator. This is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. This family accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities: the city of music and dance, cinemas, many restaurants, bakery, supermarket. Paid parking in the street or 2 minutes away at Place Delattre de Tassigny.
