Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Welcome to our pretty, cozy apartment in the heart of historic Bad Gastein! Perched over the waterfall, it features spectacular views overlooking Bad Gastein's architectural gems and mountains. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. The inside was completely renovated in 2021, and boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The 2 bedrooms (one interior) sleep 5. All the nature and amenities sit right at the doorstep. Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy!

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The newly renovated apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential complex and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bright living room and a balcony with seating. Wi-Fi and TV are included. The complex is a few minutes' walk from the center of Bad Gastein and the ski bus stop. Parking spaces in front of the house, a laundry room, a bicycle room, a lift and a ski room with boot heating are also available.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Margarete Apartment

The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa. It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

It impresses with the unrestricted view of the entire Gastein Valley. It is very quiet. All windows face the valley. You do not hear any traffic noise. It is ideal for 2 people, but the sofa bed in the living area allows another 2 people to enjoy the view.
