The apartment is bright, well furnished, quiet, with a magnificent large terrace overlooking “les toits de Paris/”. Fully equipped flat, with plenty of appliances (barista coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, working space with fast internet and large TV, comfortably accommodating up to 4 pax. Have a great stay!

Fully equipped studio, very bright, in excellent condition (bathroom redone a year ago and bedding completely changed in January 2025). A large fan, very efficient, easy to use and including several modes ensures freshness during the summer. The accommodation is also very quiet: no cars passing below because the apartment overlooks a square. Queer couples are welcome!
