Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

There are some shopping facilities nearby, such as a bakery, Netto supermarket (300 m), a petrol station opposite or Asian and Italian restaurants (400-600 m)

Fairytale forest getaway

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 minutes by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
