Villa with pool in the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Functional house located next to all the amenities (shops/restaurants) that Balazuc offers, this "Village of character", "Most beautiful village in France" can be discovered on foot through its maze of shaded alleys. Beach and supervised swimming at the bottom of the village by the Ardèche River, a 10-min walk from the Villa. Please note that from July 13 to August 31, check-ins and checkouts are only on Saturdays.

Superb view! 4-star garden villa with hot tub.

This quiet house located at the edge of the forest will bring you a sense of well-being as soon as you arrive! It is 10 minutes from Aubenas (a must-see visit to its castle and from July 6, 2024 opening of the Contemporary Art Center) and 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc (Chauvet Cave). This accommodation is ideal for a peaceful vacation and discovering the wonders of South Ardèche (the villages of Vogüé, Rochecolombe, Lagorce, Balazuc, Labeaume, Banne, Les Vans...).

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
