Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Balearic Islands

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

Thank you so much for letting us use the beautiful finca. The surroundings of Santanyi are fantastic and offer everything for a fantastic holiday season. The finca was well maintained, quietly located and offers many opportunities to eat indoors and outdoors or simply enjoy a few quiet moments. Cati&Paola were very accommodating and easy to reach.

An amazing place within Pollenca. ideal for cycling which we used it for. Convenient to the bus stops. Close to many nice restaurants and shops. Pollenca is quiet but extremely beautiful. The accomodation itself is very modern, and well finished.

We had a wonderful time at Francisco“s apartment. Situated directly at the beach, we could literally dip into the Mediterranean straight from the terrace. The apartment had everything as described and it was so easy to to communicate with Francesco before, during and after our stay. He made an early checkin possible for us, too! Wonderful experience and highly recommendable.

A wonderful accommodation in a stylish renovated farmhouse. Everything was exactly as described. Magdalena and Sebastian are very friendly, made an effort to accommodate our children and made us feel at home right away. Highlights: Pool, barbecue, amenities and toys for children, Sunrise and sunset views, fresh eggs every day

The place met our expectations, bright with a large terrace and beautiful views. The place was very clean, the bedding comfortable, only small downside the electric hob that didn't allow us to cook (not heating enough). The hotel staff were very nice. To summarize, we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very well located since a few minutes walk from the small port of Cala Figuera and restaurants.

Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful—complete with a pool, hot tub, and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Inside, the villa was clean and well-maintained, with all three bedrooms being spacious and comfortable. Phil was great—always available to help with any questions and super quick to respond. The villa is in a fairly secluded area, so I’d recommend hiring a car like we did. Otherwise, you’ll need to prebook taxis, which also require a minimum spend. It’s about a 10-minute walk to a peaceful, lovely beach and under a 15-minute drive into Santanyí town. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t heated when we arrived, even though I’d requested it in advance. However, it was sorted by the next day and was warm and very enjoyable. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend staying here!
