The studio (28m2) is a unique space with a double bed (separated by a closet), a living-dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace.

The loft is in Puerto Pollensa, its the ideal location makes it a great destination for couples who want to enjoy sunny days or spend romantic holidays. The bright and spacious interior offers AC, heating and a fireplace. There is a dining and living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a small bathroom, and a full bathroom in the master bedroom. It also has has 2 terraces to enjoy the sunny days and lovely evenings. There is a large community swimming pool with a BBQ grill.

This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.
