All the thousands beaches close to our facilities than restaurants. In complete tranquility but with all amenities and beaches five minutes. Not suitable for those who love big dinners / lunches, the kitchen is a support, with two practical electric plates and sink set just outside (photo 10 , it is a further service not included in the Dependance and not always usable.). Our situation is suitable for people who love nature and tranquility, we inform that only guests who condition such situation are welcome.

Only 2 are rented connected rooms are rented. The entire house is not rented. 2 to 5 people, 2 double beds and 1 single 90 cm bed. The bathroom is independent, separate entrance. Kitchen and barbecue, outdoor area for exclusive use. Villa located 10 minutes from Palma by car and 10 minutes walk from the train that takes you downtown. The house has a nice pool. We are a nice couple, we will try to help as much as possible. Independent entrance from the main house.

Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
