At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Typical Ibizan farmhouse, surrounded by the estate full of almond trees, olive trees and carob trees. The owner lives annex, with separate entrances and terraces, to safeguard the privacy of each one. The pool can be shared with the owners. Sea views. Close to all beaches Portinatx, Cala Xarraca, s'Illot, Cala Xuclar. Craft market every Sunday morning, with live music in the village. Walking routes from the house to the beach.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

Get away from routine at this historic, unique, and relaxing stay. Five minutes from Alarò square. With wonderful views from the terrace. 25 minutes away from the nearest beach and with very good road connection to any point on the island. The apartment is completely independent.
