My house, located in Son Espanyolet, is a 20-minute walk from the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Catalina, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from the cathedral. Right in front of my apartment there is a bus stop that goes directly to downtown. In addition, the neighborhood has all the amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, etc... Cozy family house in a quiet and well-located area. Ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a quiet vacation. It is located 25 minutes from the airport and the port of Ibiza, 10 minutes from the beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa... and the best sunsets on the island. Near the house, you can find supermarkets, good restaurants, and the villages of Sant Josep, Sant Agustí, and Sant Antoni. No parties allowed.

It's very quiet and peaceful in nature, although it's so close to the town square. The house is typically Mallorcan and has been renovated to provide the best comfort. It is furnished with designer furniture and artwork. The house has all amenities required for a comfortable stay.
