Rooyen : Cozy chalet with enclosed garden

Chalet has 4 areas: living/kitchen: gas fire, combi-oven, dishwasher and Nespresso + cooking and dining equipment. From the seat in the living room, you can watch TV (including Netflix, log in to your own account). The sofa is quickly a double bed (1m40x2m). In bedroom, there is 2-person box-spring (1m60x2m). The bathroom has toilet, bath, washbasin, washing machine and hair dryer. In the 4th room there is a foosball table. In order to respect Belgian law, pillows and down are included, but no house linen (bring your own).

Welkom in den hooizolder, Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Op het gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor motoren of fietsen. De tuin is open en groot genoeg om een rustig plekje te vinden. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, de schommels, voetbalgoals,... 's Avonds kan je rust vinden op het overdekt terras met loungeset.

My house is located in the city center of Diest. It's located close by the railway station, the city center park for a quiet and relaxing time, the shops and restaurants. Also a couple of touristic attractions like the citadel, the recreation area (the halve maan) and the ancient walls are close by. The place is renovated, with a brand new bathroom, living area and has a well equipped kitchen. There's also a little garden Sleeping: there are two bedrooms for in total 4 persons. Welcome!
