Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. As a contrast to the historic wooden facade, we have designed the interior to be modern and cozy. Our apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture with private seating and barbecue facilities invite you to linger. The views of the castle and the Ilsetal are picturesque.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. We would be delighted to welcome you as a guest in our house, whether it is to simply unwind in our pretty health resort and have a good time or to become active and discover the diverse cultural and sports opportunities of the area.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. There is a toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also at the disposal of all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

Welcome to our small, cozy apartment in our animal house. Our animal house is a meeting place for people and animals, (horses, mini pigs, raccoons, dog, cat and chickens). From our location you can take many excursions, explore the great, wooded area, as well as cultural activities, e.g. in nearby Quedlinburg and Thale.
