The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, a main shopping area in West Berlin and around 15 minutes from Potsdam. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
