The living room is air-conditioned. Cozy king size bed 160 x 200 m, wardrobe, TV (Telekom Magenta, prime video, Netflix), coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, Wi-Fi, use of carport. Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance with a parking bay and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to a small garden. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
