The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a charming and modern gîte located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, near the town of Malmedy. It is the ideal place for an exotic and relaxing stay in the countryside. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
