It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, terrace and swimming pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-metre heated swimming pool from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
