Holiday rentals with a patio in Barbate

Perfect location - 10 mins walk to the hub of the marina restaurants and 10 mins in the opposite direction to the Octo tennis and yacht club. Apartment is clean with modern furniture. Shared pool next to the apartment which was great. Lovely veranda out onto the harbour. Good size for our family of four. Good comms. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

Experience 10 out of 10. The apartment is spotless, super clean and very nice. Unbeatable performance, incredible views from a spectacular terrace and with many restaurants nearby that you can walk to. There are also supermarkets, pharmacy and various services within a few minutes by car. The building has a nice pool and Guadiaro beach is also next door. We were surprised by the size of the TV in the living room, there were also televisions in both rooms. Large and articulated sofa. Super equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed, which is something important to us. Lutz, the owner, has been attentive at all times, very fluid communication, offered flexibility both at check-in and check-out time. And he welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water, a touch. We'll be back!

Wow. I don’t have words to describe our stay at Mackenzie’s place! Everything from the communication to the check out was perfect. The house is in an unbeatable location, right by the beach, in not even 10 minutes walking through the promenade, you are in the old town. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes only 2 minutes walking. Really, everything was perfect. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a lovely time staying at Javier's place, he was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The airbnb was lovely and very spacious. The only slight downside is that the private terrace is in the shade all day, however the communal space out of the front door of the apartment is a real sun trap! We had great access to los lances for kitesurfing and would love to come back to stay in future

Great location in the centre of Jerez, near many restaurants and cafes. We had a lovely trip, helped hugely by having such a nice apartment to come home to each evening. Ben gave clear instructions and we had no problems at all. Thanks!

We really enjoyed the small apartment with the beautiful roof terrace. The terrace is definitely the highlight of the apartment. The living area and kitchen are compact, but offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The central location is also a big plus – you can easily walk to both the center and the beach. We would definitely come back and can only recommend the apartment!

Ideal place for us between Gibraltar and Tarifa. Perfect for exploring the area before heading to Morocco.

Ricardo’s place met our expectations, clean, coffee, hot water and confortable, walkable to the main plaza and Gibraltar crossing. The morning coffee at the roof, breath taking!

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.

Beautiful house with very well equipped kitchen and a garden with pool. Beautiful beach and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the host was very good.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The reception and farewell were very welcoming and always ready to help or make the stay pleasant. Quiet area, somewhat far from the center, but convenient for parking and as a base. The facilities and equipment are very good, with everything you need

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

Absolutely loved Gemma’s place - beautiful apartment in a fantastic location for everything. Sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by I never wanted to leave. Spotlessly clean, easy to find and we will definitely be coming back.

The accommodation is ideal for staying a few days, the common areas (pool and garden) are great. The location is also very good especially if you have a car to get around the villages in the area. The only negative thing I highlight is that the apartment can be a little cold and the towels do not dry by the humidity.

Highly recommend! I loved my stay at this beautiful place—perfectly located just outside the beach in a peaceful area. One standout feature was the incredibly comfortable bed, which is rare to find. There’s also a small outdoor table, great for enjoying meals. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The space had decent lighting, though a bit more would be ideal, especially in the evening. The only minor downside was occasional noise from neighbors—not loud, but something to keep in mind if you prefer complete silence. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Second time we've stayed here. This time for 2 weeks and it was as brilliant as the last time. The location is perfect and rooftop pools were awesome in keeping the kids entertained! Janieve was always on hand and helpful. A great host. We would have no hesitation in recommending staying here. We will be back for sure😎

We spent a week here in March, enjoying the calmness and proximity to nature in this light and airy apartment. Easy check-in, super parking for an SUV with roof box, fully equipped kitchen for any/all our catering needs, great Internet connection, and a comfy (though only a regular) double bed. If we are back in Tarifa, we will aim to be back here as well.

The place is clean, peaceful and hassle free. Great place for a small family to stay. Above all the private beach area adds more value to this apartment . All the ininstructions , local places to visit, bus routes and maps were provided. All the equipment needed for preparing meals, clean linen and spares were available. Everything is in good condition. We enjoyed our stay in Gibraltar very much. This place added more value to our stay. We recommend this place to anybody for a great stay! Thank you Jen

We really liked it. Lots of peace and tranquility. The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we really enjoyed the pool. Angela and the cleaning lady are sweethearts.
