Beautiful independent and fully equipped family cottage in a renovated 18th century charentaise in the heart of a 7 ha wooded park, 5 minutes from all amenities (restaurant, cinema, theatre, etc.) The 70 m2 cottage consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large living room. You can stroll/fish by the pond, relax in an 8x10m swimming pool at the edge of the woods. Activities (petanque, badminton, archery, etc.) are available.
