The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic village of 26 inhabitants surrounded by (almost) unspoiled nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area without superlatives. Everything is very normal without major attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.

A bright room invites you to linger. Two cozy armchairs offer the opportunity to read a book or drink a glass of wine in peace. A comfortable double bed (200 × 180) creates all the conditions for a restful night. In the equipped kitchen, meals or just tea or coffee can be prepared. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Only about 15 minutes' walk to the campsite, where you can eat nicely in the the boathouse or take a canoe tour on the Ilmenau. Very centrally located, it is less than 10 kilometers to the city center of Lüneburg or approx. 30 kilometers to Lüneburg Heath.
